The World's Blackest Black BMW VBX6 Coupé Gulps Every Single Ray Of Light

Updated: Aug 30, 2019

BMW has Unvieled the "Blackest Black" car sprayed with VANTABLACK VBx2. According to BMW the model VBX6 is the "first and only vehicle in the world" featuring VANTABLACK VBx2 coating, which almost eats all the reflections.

VANTABLACK absorbs almost 99% of light & makes it the darkest pigment on the Earth. One of the British artist Anish Kapoor in 2016 drew "The Ire Of Many" when he got the exclusive rights of VANTABLACK , but VANTABLACK VBx2 is a bit different material that took away the car’s three-dimensional appearance & makes it appear two dimensional.

The car will be officially debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month. Other highlights of the car include its Iconic Glow kidney grille, twin headlights and tailights.

It's an absolutely bold & unpredictable call from BMW because on one side they have got the VANTABLACK VBx2 paint that hides the superb & most popular design of the X6 Coupé while on the other side it kept the Laser Headlights & their signature Kidney Grille with very glossy & shiny chrome instead of giving it blackish tone to make it suitable with the theme.

As we all know that BMW X6 Coupé is know for its bulky & beastely image which infact grew with this VBX2 theme but again the same question comes when you see the rear with angry eyebrow themed red LED Taillamps & shining chrome exhaust chrome mufflers that why they are not tinted slightly with black to get along with the theme.

Now the biggest question comes whether BMW VBX6 Coupé will be in production or not ? As when imagine driving such a vehicle, one that's basically a shadow, on public roads at night could be a challenge anyway.

We will get all the answers next month in Frankfurt Motor Show where BMW will officially unviel the VBX6 Coupé for display & will also update on the production.
